By accessing beyow.com or submitting the diagnostic form, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of them, do not use the site and do not submit your data.
Who we are
Beyow is a business accelerator operating in Brazil and the United States. We work on strategic positioning, commercial intelligence and results management through the ACES Method. Contact: privacidade@beyow.com.
What this site offers
This site is an institutional and lead capture platform. It presents our methodology and lets you request an acceleration diagnostic. The site does not sell products and does not process payments.
Nature of the diagnostic
Submitting the form is an expression of interest, not a purchase. Beyow reviews each request and may accept or decline scheduling at its sole discretion, with no obligation to justify. Any service engagement exists only after a specific contract signed by both parties.
Eligibility and accuracy of information
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable to use this site. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide. Submissions with false data, third-party data without authorization, or automatically generated data may be refused and deleted without prior notice.
Acceptable use
You may not: submit false data or third-party data without authorization, use bots, scripts or any automated means to submit forms, attempt to bypass security mechanisms, overload the site infrastructure, copy or reproduce the content without authorization, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.
Communications you authorize
By submitting the form, you authorize Beyow to contact you via WhatsApp, email or phone regarding your request. These messages are operational and tied to your inquiry. You may request that they stop at any time through the channels listed in the Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
All content on this site (text, trademarks, logos, visual identity, source code and the ACES and AIDE methodologies) belongs to Beyow or is licensed to it, and is protected by Brazilian Law 9.610/1998 and Law 9.279/1996 as well as applicable international treaties. Reproduction, distribution or creation of derivative works without prior written authorization is prohibited.
No guarantee of results
The cases, figures and testimonials presented reflect results achieved by specific clients in specific contexts. They are not a promise, guarantee or forecast of results for your business. Commercial performance depends on factors outside Beyow control, including market conditions, internal execution and the client own decisions.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beyow is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss or losses arising from temporary unavailability, third-party failures or business decisions made based on the content published here.
Third-party services
We use third-party services to operate the site and our follow-up, including Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), WhatsApp (communication), Meta and Google (measurement and advertising). Each has its own terms and policies, for which Beyow is not responsible.
Privacy and data protection
The processing of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. You may request deletion of your data at any time through the Data Deletion page.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the revision date shown at the top. Continued use of the site after publication constitutes agreement with the updated version.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the user domicile are elected to settle disputes where consumer legislation applies, except where a different jurisdiction is required by law.
