Beyow is a business accelerator operating in Brazil and the United States. Our website is beyow.com and you can reach us at privacy@beyow.com.
Data we collect
When you fill out our diagnostic form, we collect: first and last name, phone number, email address, company name, team size, main business challenge, Instagram handle, and UTM parameters. We also automatically collect technical data such as IP address and browser type through cookies and analytics tools.
How we use your data
We use your information to contact you and schedule the acceleration diagnostic, send WhatsApp messages related to your service, manage the relationship in our CRM, improve our services, and comply with legal obligations.
Legal basis (LGPD)
Processing of your data is based on consent (Art. 7, I, Law 13.709/2018) and the legitimate interest of Beyow in providing its acceleration services (Art. 7, IX).
Data sharing
Your data may be shared with: Supabase (storage of form data), WhatsApp (direct communication), Meta - Facebook/Instagram (Pixel tracking), Google (Google Ads), and Vercel (hosting). We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Data retention
We keep your data for as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. You can request deletion at any time.
Your rights
Under LGPD you have the right to: confirm the existence of processing, access your data, correct incomplete data, request anonymization or deletion, request portability, and revoke consent. Send an email to privacy@beyow.com.
